The amalgamation of TickerTrends' tracked digital alternative data sources generates this trend meant to track topline sales for tickers. A sharp move upward or lower could indicate significant changes in many underlying individial data source keywords relating to that ticker.

Whisper Expectation Trend: The Whisper Expectation Trend establishes our best model of hidden earnings expectations embedded in a stock. This proprietary trend helps investors gauge true sentiment of a company going into their earnings reports and is available to view on the "Earnings" tab of the KPI page. A high Whisper value (>80) tends to indicate that investor expectations are red hot going into an earnings report, whereas a low Whisper value (<20) indicates that a lot of fear or uncertainty might be baked in.
