Whisper Expectation Trend: The Whisper Expectation Trend establishes our best model of hidden earnings expectations embedded in a stock. This proprietary trend helps investors gauge true sentiment of a company going into their earnings reports and is available to view on the "Earnings" tab of the KPI page. A high Whisper value (>80) tends to indicate that investor expectations are red hot going into an earnings report, whereas a low Whisper value (<20) indicates that a lot of fear or uncertainty might be baked in.

Investor News Sentiment: News sentiment tracked over a trailing context window, showing shifts in bullish, neutral, or bearish coverage of a company, with 2 years of history. The y-axis is a unitless value, meant to indicate the share of news articles that were of each sentiment type (positive, neutral, or negative).
