#### Overview

**Company Hiring Job Posts** tracks daily new job postings for a specific company. In TickerTrends, users can enter a company website or domain and view hiring activity over time based on new job listings associated with that company.

This dataset helps answer a simple question: **is this company hiring more or less than before?** It is useful for monitoring hiring momentum, expansion plans, and changes in labor demand at the individual company level.

#### Historical Length

Coverage varies by company and source availability, but typically includes **multiple years of historical job posting data** for supported companies.

#### Granularity

Daily data is the default. TickerTrends counts the number of **new job postings added each day** for the selected company and aggregates those counts into a time series.

This creates a clear view of when hiring activity is accelerating, stabilizing, or slowing down.

#### Update Frequency

Data is typically updated within one week.

#### Methodology

We scan job postings across a large and diverse dataset and map listings to specific companies using company identifiers such as website or domain.

For each company, we count the number of **new job postings first observed on each day**. The series reflects incremental hiring activity rather than cumulative open roles.

This approach makes it easier to track real changes in recruiting activity over time and reduces noise from older listings remaining active across multiple days.
